All CQMS Razer manufacturing operations are accredited to global quality management standard ISO9001.
We are also working towards AS4801 and IS018000 accreditation for our occupational health and safety management system, and ISO14001 for our internal environmental management system.
Our philosophy of continuous improvement underpins the high quality of our work practices, production systems and manufacturing outcomes. We monitor all stages of production, undertake comprehensive quality inspections and follow a strict process system for the traceability and accountability of each and every product we manufacture.

Product development testing
We use scale testing and computer simulation extensively to optimise the performance of draglines, shovels and excavators for industry. Using this method, we trial multiple design scenarios in a controlled environment prior to release. By applying these tools and techniques to product development, our design team can experimentally prove new designs to deliver significant improvements to existing products in the field. Once our scaled product designs are optimised for performance, we use 3D computer modelling to develop full-scale products which are cast and then fabricated for on-site testing.
