The P Series secondary cleaner is designed to situate behind the pulley where the conveyor belt is most stable. Used in conjunction with a Razer primary cleaner, the P series main function is removal of residual fine product which has passed through the primary cleaner. Razer P Series cleaners can be installed in tandem to provide optimal cleaner system efficiency or used in conjunction with water sprays for the ultimate in belt cleaner performance. |

Razer Spray P-series cleaners combine a proven belt cleaner design with water sprays to increase cleaner system efficiency by 3-4 times when compared with dry cleaner systems. The water sprays assist cleaner performance in two ways, firstly blasting carried back material from the belt surface whilst placing the remaining fine particle carry back into a water suspension for removal by the cleaner tips. Secondly the addition of water acts a lubricant for the cleaner tips, extending their service life and minimising wear to the belt cover. |

Razer R Series belt cleaner;)

The Razer R Series secondary cleaner is designed to situate behind the pulley where the conveyor belt is most stable. The R Series cleaner is primarily used on applications where the conveyor belt is either designed to reverse as part of normal operation or has the ability to reverse in relation to the cleaner tips. Typical installations include on conveyor shuttles, tripper head pulleys and reversing conveyors. |

You Series belt cleaner;)

Specifically designed to effect greater cleaner performance at the centre of the conveyor belt, the Razer You Series is best suited to conveyor belts which have a greater wear profile through the centre of the conveyor belt. The cleaner blade profile removes a greater proportion of fine carry back from the worn area of the belt where other cleaner variants style may have a tendency to pass over thus leaving the finest of particles in place. |
